Gold Medal: Rules and Regulations
Eligibility:
In order to submit entries, you must be an Ascend Math partner and have implemented Ascend Math with in 6 weeks of your submission process. Any individual can submit more then one application. We are open to multiple opportunities with in classrooms and schools.
How to enter:
Please download and complete the Word doc below. Then, use the form on the right to submit your entry and upload any supporting documentation.
All applications must be received by no later then Friday April 29, 2011.

How to win:
The Gold Medal Winner will be selected by a jury of their peers. You must first fill out the form below and send it back by April 29, 2011. Then we will send out an on-line voting ballad that must be completed and e-mailed back by Mid May. Once the winner has been chosen they will be notified by Ascend Math and their travel arrangements will be made to attend ISTE/NECC Conference 2011.
