Congratulations to Fort Stockton Middle School, Ascend Math’s 2011 Gold Medal Winner!
Fort Stockton Middle School highlighted their results at a breakfast held in their honor at Sole Food Restaurant in Philadelphia at the 2011 ISTE Conference.

Highlights of their results include:
-Of the students at risk to fail the 8th grade TAKS exam, 48% passed. The increase in passing rates moved the total 8th grade passing rate from 74% to 86%.
- A special education student who was motivated to work over 23 hours on the Ascend Math program and received commended performance on the state assessment in math.
